My dog is constipated on Tramadol. How can I help her have a bowel movement?

My pet has been taking Tramadol since Saturday. She had a bowel movement yesterday and it was hard. She would not drink water so I put water on her meals. Today she hasn’t had a bowel movement. What can I give so she would not be constipated or have. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 11 years and 1 month old | 11 lbs
