My puppy's hives are gone. Should she still see a vet or change food?

Dr. Melanie ... Thanks for your love and concer on advicing me to do the right thing ... She seems to be normal and happily playing as her hives have vanished ... Should i still take her to vet? If not what diet would prescribe her so she could recover completely from this unfortunate event occured to her!? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 4 months and 25 days old

I'm glad to help you! If the hives have gone, I'd hold off on taking her into a vet, but if they return, do take her in. As for food, she needs a puppy formulated food and since she had a reaction to Royal Canin, I recommend Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, or Iams. I hope this helps!
