What to do for my dog's tearing eye with crust and possible allergies?

Hi I just noticed today my dog had something in his eye and it look like it cold in his eye . I know his eye keeps tearing up . He went to sleep and just woke up and I notice it again , I got it out and it appears to be cold . I know his dad has allergies and the I was told that all his kids have allergies. So what could I do to make him feel better ? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 21 days old | 1.6 lbs

Any eye problem needs to be checked out by a vet, as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take him into a vet today to have his eye examined, diagnosed, and treated. Best of luck.
