My 35-day-old puppy isn't reacting. Is he blind? How to tell?

Hi I have a puppy that is 35 days old. I think he is blind but I am not sure because he is really young. How can I know? I punmy fingers in front of him and shake them and he does not do anything. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | 1 month and 8 days old

Puppies do not develop the respond to blink due to an object in front of the eye until they are 10-12 weeks old (usually). Place objects in front of Leo and see if he walks around them. You can also have a toy and see if his eyes follow it while encouraging play. Your vet can also access and help you if needed.
