Why is my unspayed cat leaking vaginal fluid and her belly swollen?

My cat leaks fluid out of her vagina. It happens whether she is in heat or not. Sometimes it’s a very large amount and sometimes it’s just a couple drops. It’s been like this for about 8 weeks now and it’s scary. Her stomach gets inflamed and hard. We have tried urinary tract infection foods and treats to help manage it but nothing helps. I would be concerned that there is an issue such as an infection of the reproductive tract if Seline is not spayed and is constantly having discharge that isn't related to a UTI. Further testing from your vet to rule out these issues, along with bloodwork, X-rays, etc may help narrow down potential causes so they can be treated especially since uterine infections can get very serious quickly.
