My vaccinated Shih Tzu has bloody poop. Is it parvo? What should I do?

Blood doesn't immediately indicate parvo, but parvo can cause bloody stool and no vaccine is 100%. Other issues such as irritation of the lower GI tract from allergies, illness, parasites, etc, can cause blood in the stool as well. It would be best to bring in a stool sample of Oso's to your vet and have him and it examined to find the cause.
