Why are my docked puppies constantly urinating? Is it nerve damage?

Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 7 months old

2 weeks old puppies after tail docked having continuously urinating. When ask from "Petco Pet Education Center" it was that maybe the tails were cut too short and nerve damage. What should I do next. How to over come ti's please help. Will my puppies be alright and recover? Thanks

I would have the puppies checked out by a vet. Unfortunately with nerve damage, it's a wait and see process. The nerves may grow back but they may not. You should speak with the vet about this and their prognosis.
