Hello. What would be the procedure to heal/fix this? What will the Vet do? What can we do here at Home?

Ouch, poor Leila. It looks like she has broken the nail from the quick. The vet will sedate her to remove the nail, and prescribe pain medication and antibiotics. I'd take her into the vet in the morning. What you are doing by having an Ecollar on her is great, and I would keep the area clean and dry.
