Why is my new Persian cat suddenly lethargic with eye discharge?

I got a cat 2 days before. It's a male Persian cat. The first day he was active and played the whole day. From the next day it only tries to sleep all the time, I'm worried. There is brown discharge from his eyes, the person I bought from told me it goes off after vaccination. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered
