My dog got K9 Advantage & flea spray. Is he safe & will it work?

I bought k9 advantage is that a good flea med for him? And I sprayed my house with in home flea spray, I also bought one for our fenced yard. Will he be ok after I apply the meds? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 4 months old | 15 lbs
