My 15-year-old cat isn't eating and feels thin. What should I do?

She is not eating, feels thin. Given her age, 15, what can we do to get her to eat?

It’s actually a medical emergency when a cat won’t eat. If they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment. You need to take Bella into a vet immediately, she may have a medical illness causing her to not eat such as diabetes, kidney failure, heart disease, or cancer. Please take her into a vet now.
