My dog is sneezing and snotty but still energetic. Allergies or cold?

My dog has recently started to sneeze more, and sounds like she has mucous in her throat or nose not sure but otherwise she seems to be her happy energetic self. Should I be worried? Do dogs get allergies or colds? Pet's info: Dog | Maltipoo | Female | 6 lbs

Dogs can suffer with allergies and can develop respiratory infections (colds). Ideally, Macey should be physically examined by your veterinarian to diagnose the underlying cause. If necessary, antibiotics or antihistamines can be dispensed.
