Is Pepto Bismol safe for my dachshund who's throwing up hairballs?

My long hair dachshund threw up. She licks herself and causes hair balls. I’m going to trim her hair. Can I give her pepto. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 11 years and 11 months old | 11.6 lbs

I don't recommend Pepto. It doesn't work well for nausea in dogs and it contains a substance similar to aspirin, which isn't safe in some pets. If the vomiting continues throughout the day, I would recommend that Cassie get checked out by the vet tomorrow.
