Puppy has fleas on Revolution. Can I add a flea collar or Trifexis?

My puppy is on revolutions. However, thirty day hasn’t been up yet. And I found fleas on my puppies can I use a fleas collar? Once the thirty day is up continue using keep the fleas collar as well giving his trifexis. Or would have to take the flea collar off? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 4 months and 26 days old | 2.4 lbs

It is important to keep in mind that flea prevention works by having fleas make contact with the pets. If this is the first time you have found fleas, I would not jump to using a flea product yet. Once you switch to Trifexis, any fleas Buter comes in contact with will die faster because oral products work better than topicals. You will not need to use the flea collar.
