My cat has ringworm. Is it contagious to me? How do I treat it?

Hey my cat has fungal disease and i am so scared so i want to know some stuff first can this fungi be spread between my family and how can i treat it like what all stuff i can to to make it recover faster and is he in pain

So if Rio has ringworm, it is contagious to you and your family. You need to have him seen by a vet. The vet can confirm if he does have ringworm, and can prescribe treatment for it. See your doctor if you get lesions on yourself.
