My puppy eats grass, vomits, and has diarrhea. Is it food or vaccine?

Hi got a 9 week old labrador puppy a week ago He tries to eat grass and leaves then if he does he does vomit and bit of diarrhea. cOULD IT BE HIS dry food . Have changed to wet food and seems happier. He had his first vaccination on Wed 14th aug 2019 Do you think anything to worry about Could it reaction to vaccination May thx Rgds Ann

It's hard to say. Some dogs will eat grass or leaves because their stomach hurts, as it often induces vomiting. Some dogs just like to eat these things and it doesn't cause any harm. I think it is worth discussing with your vet, especially if this is happening more than just occasionally.
