My 8-month-old puppy has bumps on his testicles. Should I worry?

Hi my 8 month old chihuahua puppy has sort of ball shaped tips on the bottom of his testicles, they don’t seem to bother him but I would like to know whether I should be worried about this and what it could be. Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Long Coat) | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 19 days old | 6.6 lbs
