Dog vomiting yellow after Doxycycline for tick fever. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 1 year and 5 months old | 77.1618 lbs

My dog (lab female 17month old) had fever then visited doctor and he said its because of a gland in back. And he gave her 3 shots and asked to come following day also. When we went following day dog had fever and then he gave 3 shots for tick fever. In both days dog experoenced some allergies after having shots. 2nd day gave some medicines named doxy dt and a small white pill for five days and 2 per each day. Aftervone day dog started vomitting yellow in color.

Doxycycline is an antibiotic that can cause GI upset. I recommend giving it with food to minimize nausea. If the vomiting persists, it could be related to Emma's medical issues, and I would recommend that you discuss it with your vet.
