Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 22 lbs
My 1 year old intact French bulldog started a weird brownish discaharge from her vagina at first we thought it was her heat but after a day we saw no pink/red blood or swelling so vet decided to put her on enrofloxacin 68mg for 14 days she has about 5 days left and today started with the discharge again I’m kinda at a lost as to what it could be? Pyo is unlikely because of her age and she’s never had a heat before... uti should’ve definitely cleared up on antibiotics? any ideas?

It would be best to have your vet recheck this. Pyo can be a concern at any age. Even if the dog hasn't had a heat before. They can also have very severe UTIs which can be resistant to certain types of antibiotics. It would be best to do a culture of the discharge to make sure the medication you are giving is working and that you know exactly what type of infection you are dealing with. Good luck and I hope your girl feels better soon!
