My female dog has a bleeding stomach bump with pus. Is it serious?

I noticed a bump on my female dogs stomach yesterday. We are on vacation and away from our vet. Today it had an obvious thin place and I squeezed a little nd blood and a little pus came out. I washed it and out neosporine on it. Just want to make sure it's nothing serious. We will be home tomorrow. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 31 lbs

That area could be a ruptured abscess, a ruptured cyst or the previous home of a worm larvae. You can continue treating it like you are. Make sure Eleven wears and elizabethan collar at all times to prevent any licking which could make it worse.
