Hello. Unfortunately it is very difficult to try & narrow down what might be ailing Rocket. Lethargy, shaking & even limping could indicate a fever or pain anywhere in his body. If you could obtain a rectal temperature, anything over 103F would be concerning & Rocket should be seen by a veterinarian quickly. If his temp is normal ( around 101.5 F ), then you might see how he does over the next 12-24 hours. If he not improving, please have him seen by your veterinarian.
