Hello. Constipation along with a refusal to eat is a medical emergency. You should have Zuzia examined as soon as possible so the underlying cause of her constipation & anorexia are addressed & any appropriate treatment started. I hope she is feeling better soon & thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Loss of appetite and vomiting can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. While this could be due to the new diet, I am concerned that this may also be due to something else. I recommend that you have Zuzia evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. Treatment would be based on findings. Good luck and have a great day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
