My dog has bleeding mouth bumps that burst. When to see a vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 84 lbs

Our pup has these bumps around mouth, only outside of mouth. Burst and bled after playing with a toy. Been cleaning face with Apple cider vinegar/water mixture as read online. Keeping dishes very clean, seem to have spread after bursting. Any advice or does he need vet visit?

I recommend to have King examined. The vinegar mixture is good for routine cleaning but this is infected and so King needs something stronger. Continue keeping the toys and dishes very clean. If this becomes a continuous issue, your vet will also carry wipes and washes that are stronger than vinegar. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
