My new dog has abnormal breathing, paw infection, and skin issues. What's wrong?

So I found a dog last week and finally got him to be a little more comfortable around us but now we are starting to notice things r wrong with him recently he started breathing abnormal he has droopy eyes he has to have some kind of infection on his paws or somewhere because his little paws look horrible and he appears to have a rash or mange. but he still eats and drinks and even wants to play with my other dogs. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered

Poor Max! The problem is that he cannot talk tell you why this is happening. It sounds like he is experiencing a multitude of problems. Additionally, the abnormal breathing could indicate a serious health condition. I recommend to have Max examined by his veterinarian today to start figuring out what is wrong. Only a physical examine can start to narrow down the reasons. Bring in a fresh stool sample as well in case the doctor wants to test for parasites.
