Why is my 10-month husky lethargic, feverish, and not eating?

Hi, I have a female husky 10 months that looks lethargic since 9:00 pm last nite, now she did poop and pee and also this morning but she is running a fever I think cause her nose is awful hot and not eating, just drink water. Thanks.
