How long for dogs to accept a new puppy? Road trip soon after?

I have 2 adult dogs one male and female We are planning on adopting another 5 month puppy. I wanted to know how long does it take to set the dogs accustomed to each other. And if I can take them on a road trip together 1 week after they meet each other? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 4 years old

This all depends on the personality of each individual dog. You will have to make that judgement based on how they interact together. If there seems to be any stress or tension or abnormal behaviors between the two older dogs, then adding a puppy or a road trip may make things worse.
