With pancreatic adenocarcinoma and the mean life expectancy being "6months,with medical treatment alone' what does that include? I'm currently using CBC oil , Yunnan baiyao, low fat diet, tramadol if needed and completed round of amoxyclav. Does medical tx involve these things or a more pharmabased approached and what would be the other medications? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 44.9 lbs

It would be more pharmaceutical based and include things like H2 blockers (like Pepcid or Zantac), intravenous fluids, and gastroprotectants. Unfortunately there's no information on dogs using a more holistic approach like your are doing.
