My dog on staph meds is vomiting, won't eat, and has a weird pulse.

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 70 lbs

my dog was diagnosed with an aggressive staph infection. he was put on Enrofloxacin 68mg, Metronidazole 500mg, and cephalexin 500mg. Each were given 3 times a day. On day 3, he still was scratching like crazy and started to puke a few times. He hasn't had a very good appetite. He won't eat his dog food but would eat rice. His pulse was 57 and it seemed weird. There were whole seconds where I couldn't feel the beat at all and some beats that seemed like 3 beats in a row. His urine is dark yellow

These are concerns you should absolutely discuss with your vet. Some of the appetite disruption could be secondary to the antibiotics. The vet may start Kyber on an anti-nausea medication and probiotics and a special food for this. The pulse is concerning and I can't say is directly related to the medications. The vet may want to do a cardiac workup to see what is going on there. Dark yellow urine may be normal if Kyber is mildly dehydrated from not drinking enough water.
