My dog has a brain tumor. Will his bulging eye pop out as it grows?

My dog was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. :( He is on pain meds and as a result continues all activities normally. However- his eye is bulging from the tumor. Will it pop out if the tumor keeps growing? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 53 lbs

Poor Red. I hate to hear this is happening. The tumor will not likely pop the eye out but it will make the eye more prone to popping out if there is any type of trauma. Pressure on the eye can be very uncomfortable so monitor him very closely and keep the veterinarian updated to any changes or progression.
