My senior dog screams from sudden front paw pain when standing.

Question

My 12 year old dog is in pain in her right front paw when getting up from a laying position. She will eventually put a little weight on it and walk around, but going from laying to standing hurts her to the point of screaming at times. This happened kind of suddenly, we didn't see any symptoms or indications of anything before Monday. She used to give us her paw to hold (both dogs do that) but now gets upset if we try to touch it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 11 years and 10 months old | 70 lbs
