My boy kitten can’t control his stool. He’ll be sitting or even just eating and then poops. It’s diarrhea and he doesn’t even seem to notice it.

Poor Dipper! I would bring him into your vet along with a stool sample. This can help check for parasites, etc that may be causing GI upset. Your vet can also examine Dipper to look for any nerve/muscular issues or injuries that may be causing his incontinence.
