My dog fell down stairs, seems in pain. When should I see a vet?

My miniature dachshund fell down a few stairs today, I can tell she is in pain but doesn’t seem major enough to take her to the vet because she hasn’t wined... any advice on what to do? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

Yes, do take Zoey into a vet. Any pain should be checked out by a vet because you can't give her any human pain medications. Many are toxic to dogs, and can be fatal if given. Plus dogs can be stoic and can be in more than you realize because they don't show. Please take her into a vet.
