Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 80 lbs
My dog has developed a skin condition on his testicles, we saw our regular Vets assistant because we couldn't get an appointment with the actual vet, and got oral antibiotics, but it has gotten worse. The vet wont see him again until next month. Is there something I can do to relieve his situation. He doesnt seem to have any discomfort from it, but it looks gross and today I noticed a spot on his front leg as well. We spend a lot of time outside and live in a wet/hot/humid area.

The skin doesn't look unhealthy in the pictures, but the hairloss may be concerning. A skin infection in this area isn't particularly common. I would recommend trying to get in with a different vet sooner. All of his skin should be examined closely to determine what is going on. In humid and hot areas, skin infection would be more common, as would be external parasites.
