My dog goes crazy when strangers visit. How can I calm her down?

My dog is not agressive at all. But if you seen her when a strNger comes to the house you woukd think different. She runs all over the yard jumping so high, almost over the fence.. Barking and going crazy. I dont know if its excitement. She doeznt listen when she gets like that completely ignores me and goes on adhd mode. Help how to calm her down!? I dont want to get rid of her, but am scared she may get over that fence one day... Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 50 lbs

I would highly recommend you consider contacting a local dog trainer who can work with you in person as that is needed. This should work but it will take time and persistence and of course a professional working with you both. Best of luck!
