My dog had impacted anal gland We went to the emergency room and he had taken care of but now for three days he has not pooped. Is this normal

It's possible he is still in pain and is reluctant to defecate. It's also possible a medication may have caused constipation. I recommend to call the clinic and tell them what is happening. They may recommend a stool softner or a change in medication.
