Why is my unspayed dog bleeding, tired, and drinking/peeing a lot?

Hello, I have a 6 year old pit bull who experienced a phantom pregnancy two years ago, and I only seen blood when she had that and I’m seeing a lot of blood now. She’s out of energy, only drinking water and peeing frequently, can you tell me what’s wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 6 years old | 60 lbs

For that reason, I recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They can then decide what would be best after evaluating her. Best of luck!
