My pregnant dog is missing. How long do they hide to give birth?

I am unable to find a female dog who was pregnant and I also used to feed her food but since last 3 days she's missing and I have searched every possibility and even asked the people of that locality but I am unable to find her and someone told me might she hide to give birth to puppies but I dont know how many days will she hide to give just birth it's the matter of fee hours I thing so any idea do females hide for long time while giving birth to puppies ?

A feral/stray dog may hide to have their puppies if they were close to labor, however if she is completely lost she may also have gotten injured, or the puppies injured if she is out in the wild. It would be best to keep searching for her, and to let local authorities know that she is missing.
