My dog barks and bites when touched. How do I stop this behavior?

When anyone comes in physical contact with each other, such as giving each other a hug, hi-fiving, patting someone’s back, etc, my dog barks and sometimes even bites. Why does she do this, and is there a way to fix it? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 7 lbs
