My cat has wounds above her eyes. Could it be ringworm or ear mites?

Hi! My 4 y.o. indoor/outdoor cat has some lesion- looking wounds above her eyes. They started small, and we at first thought they were wounds from scuffling with our other cat that may have gotten infected. I have an appointment with a vet in 4 days. I put antibacterial creme on the sites with a qtip last night, but 24 hrs later i haven't noticed much of a change(better or worse). Could this be ring worm? She's not lethargic and is still playful and eating well.

It could be ringworm or a deep pyoderma (skin infection) but I am suspicious of self-trauma secondary to itchy ears - the most common cause would be ear mites. If you can't get Keroppi into a vet sooner, you can try an OTC ear mite treatment and continue applying antibacterial ointment.
