Should my stray cat with a scratched eye and red discharge see a vet?

I have a cat who a neighborhood stray. She comes by our house every morning and night we recently started feeding her. Yesterday she came by and I noticed that she had a scratch right below her left eye then today I noticed a weird red/orange discharge coming from the same eye. Should I be worried? Should I take her to the vet? We used to have cats so we have a vet that we are familiar with already who specializes in cats. Should we take her there? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female

Poor Wiskers, how lovely that you look after her. Yes, she needs to see a vet now. Any eye problem has to be checked out by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I hope this helps!
