My cockatiel crashed, is breathing hard, and vomiting. Is he dying?

Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Male | 5 lbs

Hello i think my cockatiel is dying :(. Signs are laboured breathing (often shown by tail-bobbing). He was flying and he crashed and than this all started , he also vomited some times . i tried to give him antibiotics(a vet told me so) Is he going to die???

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry that Flash is not doing well. These signs are very serious and he needs to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. Antibiotics will do nothing for Flash here if this is traumatic in nature and not infectious. Your veterinarian can then decide what would be best. It is just not possible to tell you if he is dying right now without evaluating him. I am hoping that he does well and they can help you!
