Why is my chihuahua puppy peeing on my bed after going outside?

My 4 month old chihuahua has been lately coming up to my room getting up on the bed and just pees. She’ll pee outside and 10 minutes later she’ll do it on my bed right in front of me. She still pees in the house as she’s very hard to house train. She won’t pee on the puppy mats in my room, just my bed. My bed and room reeks of pee. Please help me. I want her to sleep with me on my bed but I need her to stop urinating on my bed. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 6 days old | 3.968 lbs

Inappropriate urination is often a medical issue and possibilities include a urinary tract infection, urinary tract stones, among other possible medical reasons. Another possibility is that this is behavioral in nature. I recommend that you have Millie evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
