My dog has tick fever. How to ease his pain and aid recovery?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 5 months old

Hi Jasper was diagnosed with tick fever few days back so I took him to the vet and after almost 4 days of treatment the fever has gone down but the platelets are low and haemoglobin too he is still feeling low,not at all playing, eating very less and he also has hip dysplasia since he was a pup...he's having difficulty in getting up and also sometimes he cries while laying down.I know that tick fever can cause muscle and joint pain so what should I do to makeHimComfortable&howLongForCompRecovery

However, this is concerning and warrants letting your veterinarian know as he may for example benefit from adding pain control medications added to his treatment protocol. They should be able to recommend further based on their knowledge of the case. Have a good day!
