My 8-week-old puppy whines, won't drink water, but eats wet food.

My female chiweenie who is 8 weeks old won't drink much water but her wet food has water, and she keeps whining and i don't know what she wants she poops and pees reg and I feed her.

She's a baby, it's natural she is whining. It's hard being separated from your mother and siblings. She will be getting water from the canned food, add additional water to it. Give her lots of love and attention, and have her checked out by a vet just to be sure this whining isn't caused by a medical issue.
