Will a low protein, high tryptophan diet help my aggressive dog?

I have a dog who has been showing increasing signs of aggression I am working with a trainer he has a muzzle for going out but I have been reading about a diet low in protein and high in tryptophan may help is this the case or at least can I try this without making the situation worse. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 44 lbs
