My male dog has diarrhea, weakness, and pustules on his private parts?

My male dog had diarrhoea couple of days ago. Lot of muscle wastage and weakness. Now there are some pustules on his private parts. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Motu evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They may choose to check for parasites and to start medications for diarrhea depending on the results. The pustules may be due to a focal infection and they can evaluate that then. Good luck!
