My 24-day old dog was on the floor being licked by my other dog and started to whine we picked her up and I soothe her after about an hour I got her to sleep and now she has a huge lump on her head. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 18 days old | 1lb

My concern would be that the other dog may have bitten Hope on the head. Keep an eye on the swelling. If it is getting larger, if it starts to leak fluid, or if she isn't going back to a normal attitude when she wakes up from her nap, she needs to be examined by a vet right away as brain swelling could be fatal.
