Dog not eating, hot, and lethargic after groomer visit. Is he okay?

I took hoonie to the groomers yesterday and had his matted hair shaved and had his ear cleaned and checked by their resident veterinarian. When we got home he was okay but then this morning he didnt ate his breakfast and even lunch, he kinda hot too and seems a little down, though i played with him earlier. I dont understand is he okay? Should i take him to the vet? I am pretty worried. Please do help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 9 months and 26 days old

Poor Hoonie. Getting groomed and seeing the vet can be stressful. Keep an eye on him tonight, and offer him some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice. If he doesn’t eat this or he’s still acting differently in the morning, then I would have him seen by a vet. I hope this helps!
