My dog drank some Epsom salt water. What do I need to do?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This depends on the content of salt relative to the size of Bud. If it was just a tiny amount for example, Bud being a large breed dog, that is not going to be an issue. However, if this was a large amount of water, I would recommend that you have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as that can be an actual issue that requires therapy. Salt toxicity in a excessive amount can be a serious toxicity resulting in gastrointestinal and neurologic signs. I am hoping for a speedy recovery!
