My dogs puked bile, grass, white chunks, and won't eat. Is it food?

My dog puked bile this morning with one white chunk, and my other dog puked grass and an few white chunks the other morning and sense they havent eatten today could this be food? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 70 lbs
